Work Permit
Open Work Permit
With an Open Work Permit, the applicant will be authorized to work for any employer in Canada. If you are accompanying your spouse who is a student or temporary worker in Canada, you may be eligible for an open work permit.
Post Graduate Work Permit
Once you graduate from a designated Learning institution, you may be eligible to apply for Post Graduate work permit within a specific period of time. The PGWP may be granted for up to three years, deepening on the duration of the educational program.
Study Permit
If you plan to study in Canada in a Designated Learning Institution program for more than 6 months, you will need to apply for a study permit. Residents of China, India, Morocco, Pakistan, the Philippines, Senegal, or Vietnam may be eligible to apply through the Student Direct Stream, which has a faster processing timeline that the regular study permit application.
Visitor Visa
A visitor visa (also known as Temporary Resident Visa) is an official permit on your passport needed to visit Canada. This demonstrates that you qualify to enter Canada. To travel to Canada, most travelers require a visitor visa or an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). You may also need a visitor visa to transit in Canada. Visitor Visa enables you to remain in Canada for up to six months to visit family, friends and the duration will be determined by the border officer. Temporary Foreign Worker
To address Canada's labor market shortages, the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) enables employers to hire foreign nationals temporarily. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada
(IRCC) and Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) run the TFWP jointly.
Labor Market Impact Assessment
A Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a document issued for an employer in Canada to hire foreign employees. A negative LMIA means the role should be filed by a Canadian or permanent resident. A positive LMIA means that a vacancy is not filled by a Canadian or a permanent resident, thereby authorizing the employer to recruit a foreign national worker. After receiving a positive LMIA, the foreign worker may apply for a work permit.

Super Visa
The super Visa allows Parents and Grandparents to visit Canada and stay for up to two years each time without the need for an extension, and valid for 10 years from the day of issue. The applicant and Child or Grandchild require to meet certain eligibility requirements.
Care Giver
You may be eligible to apply for permanent residency as a Home Child Care Provider or Home Support Worker Piolet if you meet the requirements, and you possess a valid job offer.
Canadian and permanent residents may be entitled to bring a Home Child Care Provider or Home Support Worker from overseas if they meet the necessary criteria.
